Our cleaning specialists are the heart and soul of our business. We’re expanding our team to better serve our growing clientele. There are three levels of cleaning specialist depending on experience. Cleaning Specialist I, II, or III.
Position Overview: As a Residential and Commercial Cleaner at Alamo Cleaning Pro, LLC, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our clients’ homes and commercial spaces. We offer a range of services, including general cleaning and heavy-duty cleaning, to meet our clients’ diverse needs. We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 1-2 years of cleaning experience who are reliable, honest, and take pride in their work. Our ideal candidates will exhibit strong work ethics, maintain a high level of professionalism, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Team Leader
San Antonio, TX
We are looking for Team Leaders that can motivate their employees and bring suggestions to the company so that we can continuously grow. We have three levels of Team Leaders. Team Leader, Senior Team Leader, and Area Field Manager.
Position Overview: As a Team Leader Position
Responsibilities: Take on a leadership role, manage larger cleaning teams, and oversee client accounts. Responsible for the overall operation of cleaning services at multiple client sites.
Duties: Coordinate and supervise cleaning crews, conduct quality checks, and liaise with clients. Manage scheduling, inventory, client relations, and provide training to cleaning teams.
Sales Representative

We are looking for Sales Representatives that help us continuously grow. We welcome and encourage thinking outside the box.

We are looking for experienced individuals with 1-2 years of sales experience who are reliable, honest, and take pride in their work. Our ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a creative approach to lead generation. This position is perfect for individuals seeking weekend work, part-time employment with flexibility, stay-at-home parents with sales experience, or anyone who enjoys engaging with customers.
Part-Time Promotions
Specialist

We are looking for Promotion Specialists that can bring awareness to the company so that we can continuously grow.
Position Overview: As the Part-Time Promotions Specialist at Alamo Cleaning Pro, LLC, you will play a crucial role in promoting our cleaning services and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to represent our company at various events, including vendor markets, chamber of commerce meetings, festivals, and other community gatherings where potential clients seeking cleaning services are present. Develop and implement a promotional strategy to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
